I booked Eureka Taxis some weeks ago to attend a wedding. They arrived right on time to take us and were there when we were ready to leave. There is nothing worse than waiting or not being able to get a ride home at all at the end of a big day/night, so we were very appreciative of our drivers! Probably a little bit more than an uber or taxi, but worth it for the peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I was picked up promptly. Drivers are ALWAYS helpful and great to chat with. Their knowledge of Ballarat is a bonus. It’s great to get a cab driven by someone that I feel totally comfortable with. I will only use Eureka Taxis.

What a fantastic taxi company. From the time you book to pick-up then drop off the staff are wonderful. I have used different taxi companies in the past but Eureka is now ( and has been for awhile ) my go-to ride.They are friendly and helful, polite and when you feel like a chat they will chat but when you want a quiet ride they understand and will give you a peaceful drop-off.Yes i am going on about this company but its not often that you get such great service with taxis and this one is one of few that deliver customer satisfaction.Until i need you again Thanks .Alison
